Operating out of Brighton, Michigan, ALE's mission is to deliver visionary engineering solutions, focusing on customer requirements and market demand. Our Managing Member, Donald E. Sprentall, a Navy veteran, is renowned for his technical expertise and problem-solving skills in the laser industry. Ray Moran, our Sr. Electronics Engineer, brings over 30 years of experience in industrial robotics and electronics.

In 2006, ALE successfully merged with American Laser Spares, strengthening our position in the market. The acquisition of Laser sensorics and cable manufacturing technologies in 2010 further enhanced our capabilities.
