Discover BATOP GmbH, a German-based pioneer in semiconductor optoelectronic devices, committed to innovation and growth since 2003. Situated at Stockholmer Str. 14, 07747 Jena, Germany, BATOP specializes in the development of semiconductor nonlinear optical devices, including saturable absorbers for lasers, noise suppressors, and photoconductive antennas for Terahertz generation and detection.

At BATOP, our expertise extends from growing thin film stacks of materials like GaAs/AlAs/InAs on GaAs wafers to wafer processing, device packaging, and testing. We are dedicated to advancing optoelectronic devices, providing complete systems such as Terahertz spectrometers and picosecond microchip lasers.
