To meet stringent specifications and boost yields, we developed our revolutionary planetary tooling with counter-rotating uniformity masking, delivering unmatched uniformity on large diameter substrates. We also tackled uniformity issues with electron beam sources by introducing our programmable electron beam sweep controller.

While we previously offered a limited number of coating systems, our focus has shifted to advancing and supplying electronic products and mechanical components for precision optical coating needs. Our latest achievement, the SL-2012A SpectraLock optical monitor, sets new standards in precision and thin layer deposition with Index Dispersion Enhanced Monitoring (IDEM).
