In 2010, MLA was acquired by II-VI Inc., strengthening its position in the Military and Materials business segment.

Today, MLA serves both commercial and MIL-AERO customers across various industries, offering a wide range of products derived from its expertise in precision optics. All MLA employees are US citizens, and the company is ITAR registered and AS9100C certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
