The Acu-Gage two or three axis video-only model has been a durable measuring tool used by manufacturers for over twenty years. Our robust bridge-style construction is modeled similar to 3-axis touch probe machines: the part remains stationary on the measuring platform and the optics move independently above the piece. The AcuGage’s modular design also allows for field retrofits of all our options, giving customers the opportunity to grow their Acu-Gage as their business grows. The Acu-Gage is used by Tier 1 automotive suppliers to inspect gaskets, molded rubber seals, switches and subassemblies. Aerospace manufacturers program the Acu-Gage to inspect piece parts for jet engines. Semi-conductor manufacturers inspect computer chips with Acu-Gages, and credit card suppliers verify magnetic stripe placement.
