Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexers -CWDM Series
Description
The GK-CWDM Series by GKER Photonics Co., Ltd. is a high-performance Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexer designed to meet Telcordia standards. These devices utilize environmentally stable thin film filter technology combined with advanced packaging methods, ensuring wide passband, low insertion loss, and high channel isolation. The GK-CWDM Series is ideal for CWDM systems, offering the flexibility to be used individually for single-channel add or drop functions, or cascaded for multi-channel applications.
With a broad operating wavelength range from 1260 nm to 1620 nm, the series is available in both Half Band and Full Band options, covering all key CWDM wavelengths. The typical insertion loss is maintained at a minimal 0.5 dB, with excellent adjacent channel isolation of 25 dB and a return loss of 50 dB. The devices are engineered for high environmental stability, making them reliable in varying temperature conditions from -5°C to +70°C.
These multiplexers are highly adaptable, supporting a wide range of connector types (FC/UPC, FC/APC, SC/UPC, SC/APC) and fiber jacket options (250 µm Bare Fiber, 900 µm Loose Tube). With a high optical power handling capability of up to 300 mW and minimal polarization-dependent loss, the GK-CWDM Series is perfect for use in telecommunications, data centers, and other fiber optic applications. The compact packaging also makes them easy to integrate into existing systems.
