How To Restrict Countries
As a vendor on FindLight, you have the flexibility to manage your sales leads by restricting inquiries from specific countries. Whether due to export regulations, business policies, or logistical constraints, we understand that you may not be able to serve all regions.
To help you streamline lead management and improve the buyer experience, FindLight allows you to set country restrictions within your vendor account. By customizing these settings, you can prevent inquiries from countries you do not serve, reducing the risk of unanswered requests and potential buyer dissatisfaction.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to easily configure your country restrictions. You can update these settings at any time by following the same steps.
How to Restrict Inquiries by Country
1️⃣ Log in to your FindLight account.
2️⃣ Navigate to My Account > Restricted Countries.
3️⃣ Click Edit Restricted Countries.
4️⃣ Select the countries you wish to restrict, following the on-page hints.
5️⃣ Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
