Optics Module EPI-BLUE Fluorescence with 5 MP Camera
Description
EPI-BLUE fluorescence optics module for the SVM340 with 5 MP Black and White CMOS camera. The digital EPI module is ideal for applications that that require precise wavelength discrimination, improved signal-to-noise ratio, and quantitative intensity measurements, including microfluidics and biological applications such as cell imaging. Epifluorescence capabilities let researchers visualize and record flows using greater selectivity, limits of detection, and resolution. Each sealed EPI module is self-contained and includes a high-sensitivity camera, excitation and emission filters, a dichroic mirror, LED illuminator and objective mount (objective not included). Module can be used with the SVM340's four-channel external illuminator (A-ILLUM) for increased intensity.
