xiSpec - Smallest USB3 and PCIe hyperspectral cameras.
Description
Smallest and lightest hyperspectral imaging cameras with USB3 or PCI Express interface, covering the 460 – 960 nm range with 15 - 150 bands. Precise snapshot and line-scan imaging.
The unique xiSpec series offers linescan and snapshot mosaic hyperspectral cameras, being smallest in class by far and combining extreme low power consumption and acquisition of hyperspectral imaging (HSI) raw data at very high frames per second.
This camera is implemented in a plethora of applications where chemical differentiation is required, e.g. medicine, agriculture, food processing and many more. The small size, low weight and robustness make it an ideal choice for mobile environments such as drones or handheld devices.

Frequently Asked Questions
The applications of xiSpec include precision agriculture/farming, remote sensing, archaeology, cancer cells inspection, environmental monitoring, art and antiquities conservation, food safety and inspection (quality grading), UAV/UAS (drones) and UGV (unmanned ground vehicles) robotics.
The features of xiSpec include snapshot with global shutter, multi-linescan with global shutter, snapshot RGB-NIR with global shutter, starter kit available for rapid development, and flexible and programmable GPIO options.
The extraordinary compact housing of xiSpec is only 26.4 x 26.4 x 31 mm and only 32 g mass (incl. C-mount), making it well suited for system integration and OEM-projects that need small mass small size solutions.
xiSpec is a family of compact hyperspectral cameras that deliver up to 170 HSI-datasets/sec with an USB interface. Alternatively, there is the 10Gbit/s PCIe Interface, where up to 338 HSI-datasets/s are possible.
