Robotic Laser Cleaning Machine
Description
Laser cleaning machine is used for de-rusting of metal and restoring the metal to obtain same physical and chemical behaviour of the metallic elements. Laser Power from 20W to 1 kW based on materials and applications. Laser cleaning system removes the contaminated layers of the metal through exposing it to a focused laser beam.
Materials mostly used for laser cleaning are Aluminum (Anodised/Polished/Cast), Stainless Steel/ Mild Steel, Titanium, Copper, Brass, Nickel, Galvanised Metals, Multi-Coated Materials, Painted Metal Alloys, Plastics, Polypropylene/Poly-carbonate, Cast Iron and Chrome, Chrome, Carbide, Rubber and PVC.
The Cleaning Head is portable and operates with precise deflection and position of the laser beam. The head provides good stability with pressurized water cooling to the optics and dust proof.
By using 6 Axis Robotic Arm, we can clean any material with curved surfaces and with the help of rotary, we can clean also tube structures.
