Description
QCP Plasma CNC cutting or CNC flame cutting machine is a new type of thermal cutting equipment. It works by using a plasma arc (with compressed air) or a high-temperature high-speed flame (with oxygen + acetylene or propane) as a heat source to partially melt and cut metal simultaneously, then blow away the molten metal with a high-speed air stream so as to form a narrow slit.
These machines not only have high cutting speed, narrow slit, flat cut, small heat affected zone, low deformation of the processing metal, simple operation, but also come with remarkable energy and material savings.
