Features
Good beam quality, suitable for precision, fine marking: The beam quality of fiber laser is much higher than the traditional lamp pump and diode state lasers. With nearly a TEM00 profile its divergence angle is only one forth of the that of a diode pump laser. It is especially suitable for precision and fine marking.
Integrated structure and compact footprint save space, and make it easy to handle and maintain. The machine has no power coupling losses, featuring low energy consumption, high efficiency and reliability.
Excellent beam quality: The medium of the laser is Yb-doped double-clad fiber, with a long resonant cavity yielding an M^2 value of 1.2. With such a clean beam profile, the focal spot diameter could be as little as 20 microns. Good marking effectiveness on various material such as metal, ceramic, PCB, plastic with coating and glass.
Long life pump source: 915nm laser diode working time is four times than that of traditional, diode pump sources (100,000 hours).
