Multi-Function Optical Fiber Laser Welding Machine PE-W2000D
Description
Laser, known as Light Amplification by Stimulate Emission of Radiation, is a light source, which has coherence, monochromaticity, directionality and high output power.
Laser welding is based on the use of laser beam's excellent directional and high power density and other characteristics. Through the optical system laser beam is focused onto a small area, in a very short period of time. This causes the release of extreme heat which forms a localized molten pool, where the weld is formed. The resulting joints are accurate strong and require minimal processing.

Frequently Asked Questions
A laser welding machine is a device that uses a laser beam to join or weld materials together with high precision and minimal processing.
The features of this fiber welding machine include its ability to work with different materials and thicknesses, high beam quality for accurate welded spots, easy integration with multi-axis robot and galvanometer systems, compact structure for flexible movement, and robust operation in harsh environments.
Laser welding offers advantages such as high precision, strong and accurate welds, minimal processing requirements, and the ability to work with various materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, titanium alloy, tungsten, and molybdenum.
Laser welding works by focusing a laser beam onto a small area, which generates extreme heat and forms a localized molten pool. The materials to be welded are then joined together as the molten pool solidifies.
The main difference between fiber laser welding and traditional YAG laser welding is that fiber laser welding uses a fiber laser source, which offers higher beam quality, better heat dissipation, and a smaller overall size compared to YAG laser systems.
