SuperK COMPACT Supercontinuum Lasers
Description
The SuperK COMPACT is a low cost supercontinuum white light source delivering diffraction limited light in the entire 450-2400 nm region with a brightness orders of magnitude larger than that of incandescent lamps and with far greater bandwidth than ASE sources or SLEDs. The light is delivered in a single mode fiber terminated with either a standard FC/PC connector or our high quality collimator.

Frequently Asked Questions
The output is single mode with a brightness many orders of magnitude larger than that of other white light sources like incandescent lamps and with far more bandwidth than ASE sources or SLEDs. The light is delivered in a single mode fiber terminated with either a standard FC/PC connector or our high quality collimator.
The SuperK COMPACT is a cost efficient broadband source with high brightness and long lifetime. It is visible to IR light in one module and has an input pulse trigger, variable repetition rate, and flexible accessory range. It is also an alternative to ASE sources, lamps, and SLDs.
The SuperK COMPACT is a low cost supercontinuum white light source that delivers diffraction limited light in the entire 450-2400 nm region with a brightness orders of magnitude larger than that of incandescent lamps and with far greater bandwidth than ASE sources or SLEDs.
The SuperK COMPACT can be used as an ASE source alternative, for fiber and grating characterization, CWDM/DWDM component test, spectroscopy, OCT, and 3D-displacement systems.
The SuperK COMPACT has dimensions of 93 x 221 x 332 mm and weighs 3.8 kg.
