Description
Tunable lasers are based on our innovative tunable fiber grating technology. Tunable fiber lasers are configured by directly tuning of the FBG. The configured laser cavity has "all-fiber" connections.
The fiber lasers have high laser spectrum to ASE suppression (~75dB). The laser system is simple, compact, robust and has excellent resistance to vibration. The lasers have additional output/input terminals that can be used as tunable FBG device and fiber ASE sources to expand your application.
In a similar way, fiber pigtailed semiconductor lasers can be also configured using tunable FBGs for external cavity wavelength tuning.
