L3 Kigre manufactures miniature “eye-safe” diode-pumped 1.54 µm Erbium glass laser transmitters and specialty laser and filter glass materials optimized for use in microchip, microplate, fiber, waveguide and disk laser/ amplifier applications.
L3’s MK-2 is an “eye-safe” 1.54 µm diodepumped passively q-switched Erbium glass laser transmitter with no integrated photodiode.
