The HASO SWIR is a wavefront sensor based on an InGaAs camera, offering high accuracy, large dynamic range and high-speed acquisition frequency. It features the new SpotTracker technology, providing absolute wavefront and tilt information and eliminating alignment requirements.

- True tilt measurement, curvature, astigmatism and high-order aberrations quantification
- 3D localization of a focal spot up to 0.1 μm rms and 1 μm rms for lateral and axial resolution, respectively (F/5 beam)
- Ultra-shot exposure time for Gated version
