J-221 365 nm Longwave Meter
Description
The UVP J-Series UV meters are photovoltaic devices for taking accurate and repeatable readings of UV light sources in either the 365 nm or 254 nm UV range. All meters and sensors are individually serialized for traceability of calibration. Calibration is recommended every six months and is certified to meet published standards and is traceable to NIST. Calibrations are performed at Analytik Jena US West's factory.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the J-221 Longwave Meter comes with a 5X attenuation screen that can be used for very high intensity lamp measurements.
Yes, the J-221 Longwave Meter can be used to measure other types of lamps, but the meter reading will have to be adjusted as the indication of the meter depends not only on the irradiance at the sensor from the source but also on the interaction of the wavelength distribution of the light source and the meter spectral response.
Calibration for the J-221 Longwave Meter is performed at Analytik Jena US West's factory and is certified to meet published standards and is traceable to NIST.
Calibration is recommended every six months for the J-221 Longwave Meter.
The J-221 Longwave Meter can measure UV light in the 365 nm range.
