Power Detector for High Power Lasers - 15 kW: HP60A-15KW-GD-QBH-MET-D0
Description
HP60A-15KW-GD-QBH is a Power Detector for High Power Lasers (up to 15 kW). It works well for fiber lasers. This new laser power detector is ideal for measuring average laser power for burn-in tests over long periods of time or for quick on the field applications with the simplicity of connecting a fiber laser output directly to the detector.
The HP60A-15KW-QBH Power Detector for High Power Lasers is calibrated to NIST standards and has damage thresholds up to 80 kW/cm2. The underlying technology allows designing custom products that can measure much higher laser power levels than the 15,000 Watts enabled by this product. Please inquire.
EASY AND CONVENIENT TO USE
The user simply needs to connect its QB or QBH fiber output and adapted water lines and is ready to measure. There are 2 outputs on this product: DB15 and USB. The DB15 cable allows to view the measurements on your Gentec-EO display device, such as a MIRO ALTITUDE. Using the USB connection with a PC, the user can view and acquire data, or integrate the signal in a control feedback loop.
Gentec-EO's high-accuracy laser beam measurement instruments help engineers, scientists and technicians in all sorts of laser applications from the factory to the hospital, laboratory and research center. This detector series is less sensitive to variations in water cooling temperature than any other high power water-cooled meter on the market, which provides a stable reading.
These high-power laser power detectors also come with a wireless connection option, so the high power room can be closed and the measurements can be done without the presence of cable clutter.
The HP60A-15KW-GD-QBH power detector generates zero back reflection to environment and negligible back reflections to the fiber output connected to the detector. This is enabled by the gold cone absorber design incorporated into this detector.
