Mini Modulator Bias Controller
Description
The Mini Modulator Bias Controller is a compact OEM version of the Modulator Bias Controller (MBC) family. It is designed for general applications with a single modulator. This controller allows for locking the working point of the modulator at the positive slope quadrature (quad+), negative slope quadrature (quad-), null, or peak points of its characteristic curve.
The locking modes and slopes are user-selectable by changing the jumper positions on the PCB. It features a low-profile design and includes a pigtailed photodetector. An external photodetector can also be used with the controller.
