M08 series near field direct writing electrospinning machines by Qingzi Nano are designed for laboratory scale environments for the production of nanofibers.
M08 machine utilizes a fiber production method called electrospinning which harnesses electric force to draw charged threads of polymer solutions. By harnessing the electrostatic properties of the solutions used it simplifies the production process without relying on coagulation chemistry or high temperatures for producing fine solid threads. This makes it ideal for consistent manufacturing and large scale homogeneous production.
