Description
MF01-002 series mid-scale nanofiber electrospinning machines by Qingzi Nano are designed for mid-scale industrial environments for the production of nanofibers.
MF01-002 machine utilizes a fiber production method called electrospinning which harnesses electric force to draw charged threads of polymer solutions. By harnessing the electrostatic properties of the solutions used it simplifies the production process without relying on coagulation chemistry or high temperatures for producing fine solid threads. This makes it ideal for consistent manufacturing and large scale homogeneous production.
