The Scanner55-z Low Temperature Piezo High-load scanner stage is a compact and high-performance piezoelectric motion unit designed for low temperature (LT) applications.
The piezo-linear stage features a closed-loop control system and supports a built-in position sensing. It provides smooth and accurate movement. The Scanner55-z is available in different versions, including low temperature, vacuum options, catering to various application requirements.
Optional Versions:
- .HV: Default version.
- .ULT: For use at He3 or dilution cryogenics systems.
- .UHV: Compatible with 2E-11 mbar.
