CZF8-60 High-Precision Motorized Vertical-Motion Stage
Description
The CZF series is a line of high-precision motorized vertical-motion stages designed by Zolix to meet the requirements of applications that demand precision and high repeated operation rates. These stages feature a durable construction with hard black anodic-oxidation aluminum alloy materials, providing both durability and a visually appealing appearance.
The stages employ linear-slider or cross-roller guides, known for their high strength, heavy load capacity, and excellent durability. The surface treatment of the guides using fine-grinding techniques contributes to their precision performance. With imported ball screws and two-phase stepping motors from Japanese brands, the CZF series ensures higher resolutions and positioning accuracy.
These stages are ideal for integration into automation equipment or instruments with strict requirements for space, size, and weight. They are also suitable for on-site production lines that operate within a short-travel range with a high repetition rate.
