Description
XQ7180 is mainly used to make higher power 3*1, 4*1, (6+1)x1, 7*1 etc. signal pump optical fiber combination device and special cone fiber rods.
The main feature of this device is tapering screw stroke lengthened (200-500mm). The holder has unilateral/reverse/same direction tapering mode and the speed of holder can make uniform and accelerated/decelerated movement.
It is equipped with special optical fiber clamps and water-cooled heaters, high-definition measurement CCD microscope, large diameter on-line cleaver and on-line tension testing function, that can achieve the production of a variety of specifications of optical combiners.
XQ7180 is stable, reliable, easy to operate and can increase or decrease function according to the customer needs.
