New treatment techniques of inner bore and work spindle housing ensure machine accuracy for a long lifetime of productive service. All controls are conveniently mounted for easy operator access and efficient operation. Lens chucks can be trimmed true directly on the machine’s work spindles without removing them, thus achieving best chucking accuracy. Solid hard stops with micrometers are utilized to ensure repeatable diameter and bevel size manufacturing.
