These beamsplitters are meticulously engineered for a 45° angle of incidence, ensuring optimal performance in various optical setups.
The MVUVBS45 beamsplitter offers vacuum UV transmittance & reflectance averaging 32–42% from 120 nm to 240 nm, while the MMUVBS45 beamsplitter provides middle UV transmittance & reflectance averaging 40–50% from 170 nm to 320 nm.
