We can manufacture plane diffraction gratings, concave diffraction gratings, concave diffraction gratings I-IV type including corrected aberration diffraction gratings, diffraction gratings for laser systems including pulse compression gratings, diffraction optical elements, and grating scales for measurements.
The main parameters include a relative intensity of light scattering at a 10 Angstrom distance from the spectrum line, which is less than 5x10-7, and the diffraction efficiency.
The process includes glass substrate manufacturing and polishing, inorganic photoresist layer deposition, exposure to a holographic interferometer, treatment of the photoresist layer in a liquid etchant, vacuum deposition of a metal reflective coating, and efficiency measurement with a reference mirror.
We can produce plane gratings up to 200x400mm in dimension, concave gratings (I type) up to 200mm in diameter with a relative aperture up to 1:1, and concave gratings (II-IV type) with a relative aperture up to 1:2.5.
