Frequently Asked Questions
The efficiency performance of ruled plane gratings varies depending on the specific grating. Efficiency curves for three different gratings are provided in the datasheet, but these are theoretical efficiencies calculated using rigorous electromagnetic theory and do not indicate grating specifications.
Standard substrate material is Pyrex, but substrates including fused silica, Zerodur, ULE, metals, or other materials can be considered upon request. Standard coating is aluminum, but AlMgF2, gold, or platinum are also available for an additional cost.
HORIBA Jobin Yvon offers complete customer service, including expert technical advice for optimizing system configurations to meet customers’ needs. They are ISO9001:2000 certified and committed to customer satisfaction and product quality.
