Description
Teledyne Acton Optics presents VUV/UV Notch - Reflective Filters, advanced all-dielectric reflectors designed for 45-degree angle of incidence (AOI). These filters offer exceptionally high reflectance at specific VUV through UV wavelengths while transmitting longer-wavelength UV-to-IR light.
Custom UV filters catering to peak wavelengths >250 nm are available, ensuring DUV-VUV transmittance below ~210 nm. Coatings can be applied to Acton standard substrates, custom substrates, and customer-supplied materials.
