PLANO CONCAVE LENSES PCC
Description
Plano-Concave Lenses (PCC) have a first plano surface and a second concave surface that generate an overall negative focal length. They never form real images and they can be used for diverge an incident beam or, alternatively, to increase the focal length of a previously known system. As for PCX ones, PCC lenses provide a minimum contribution of spherical aberration when used with objects at infinite distances, turning them toward the concave surface and the image toward the plano surface. Tecnottica Consonni makes available PCC lenses in different optical glasses with or without Anti-Reflection coatings for ultra-violet (UV), visible (VIS), near infrared (NIR and SWIR) and other wavelengths or bandwidths chosen by the customer.
