The centering is PP or LQ and the aperture tolerances are 3-5 microns.
The diameter is 9.5mm +0.025 / -0.050mm (0.374in +0.000984 / -0.00197in) and the thickness ranges from 0.013 - 0.050mm (0.000512 - 0.00197in) to 0.254 - 0.381mm (0.01000 - 0.01500in).
The materials used are SS-302/304 per ASTM A666 with a blackened finish per SOP 037-BLACK, flat white finish per SOP 037-WHITE, tighter tolerances, glass (borosilicate), and PTFE Teflon.
