Description
Castor Optics’ Wideband Multimode Circulator (WMC) is a three-port device that features a flat spectral response as well as high-efficiency multimode transfer and multimode transmission. It can be used as a circulator or to combine multiple signals within a single multimode fiber. Castor’s all-fiber WMC series offers an efficient, versatile, and robust solution for multimode light management.

The WMC is ideal for applications in diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and optogenetics.
The WMC has a wavelength range of 400-900 nm for WMC1H1F/S and 400-1600 nm for WMC2L1F/S.
The transfer efficiency from Port 1 to Port 2 is ≥70% for both WMC1H1F/S and WMC2L1F/S.
The WMC can handle a maximum power level of 1 W with connectors or bare fiber.
