Description
The GKER Photonics High Power Polarization Maintaining Circulator (GK-DPMCIR Series) is an advanced lightwave component designed for high-performance optical systems. This circulator efficiently routes optical signals from Port 1 to Port 2, then from Port 2 to Port 3, and includes a tap port that diverts 1% of the signal from Port 2 for monitoring. Engineered for high power applications, it supports very high average power levels and peak powers, making it ideal for demanding environments such as fiber laser systems.
Featuring exceptional performance metrics, the circulator offers a minimum extinction ratio of 20 dB and a low insertion loss of 1.5 dB at 23°C. It ensures high isolation with a minimum of 20 dB from Port 2 to Port 1 and Port 3 to Port 2, minimizing signal interference and maintaining signal integrity. The device is constructed with polarization maintaining (PM) fibers, specifically PM 980 Panda Fiber or Nufern FUD-3460, and is compatible with HI 1060 Fiber for the tap ports.
Designed to withstand harsh conditions, it operates effectively within a temperature range of +10°C to +50°C and stores safely between 0°C and +60°C. This circulator is ideal for applications requiring precise power routing and monitoring with high power handling capabilities.
