The laser should be powered with negative current on the laser contact (bonding pad) and positive current on the base contact (submount). It is recommended to use a power-supply ILX Lightwave LDX-3232 or equivalent.
The maximum operation current for the laser is 1.35A at -30C and 1.45A at -20C.
The maximum singlemode emitted power for the laser is indicated by the solid squares in Figure 4.
The wavelength range of the laser is 1021.2-1025.0nm.
