The laser should be powered with negative current on the laser contact and positive current on the base contact. It is recommended to use a power-supply ILX Lightwave LDX-3232 or equivalent.
The maximum operation current for the laser is 0.450A for all temperatures.
The maximum singlemode emitted power of the laser is indicated by the solid squares in Figure 4.
