Our standard CW infrared laser diodes are available in a variety of packages, such as TO-33 (Φ3.3 mm), TO-18 (Φ5.6 mm), TO-5 (Φ9 mm), TO-3, C-Mount, F-Mount, Lead Frame and Chip-on-Submount (CoS), as well as connectorized (pigtail and receptacle) packages.
