Description
This Ushio Laser Diode operates at 659 nm wavelength and outputs 1.2 W of power. Opto Semiconductor (Ushio/Opnext Laser Diodes) are available from 405nm to 850nm at various power levels. HL series laser diodes are multi-mode and come in a 9 mm packaging. HL65213HD is ideal for industrial and illumination applications demanding reliable operations with a long lifetime and stable output power.
Wavelength measurement and testing: Wavelength measurement and selection of Ushio Laser diodes is available through World Star Tech. Also complete characterization of laser diodes is available at small additional cost which will enable manufacturing with higher reliability and ease. Wavelength, laser threshold current, laser slope efficiency, laser voltage and monitoring diode information will all be provided with measurement data.
Large Variety of Ushio Laser Diodes: World Star Tech maintains a large inventory of most Ushio laser diodes. HL40033G (1000mW, 405nm) violet diode is ideal for imaging, biomedical and industrial applications. Also available is HL40071MG, a new single mode 405nm diode from Ushio with a max power of 300 mW. HL65014DG is a special single mode red laser diode at 150mW power can can be used as a light source for optical instruments. Ushio IR and near IR laser diodes are available at 705nm, 730nm, 830nm and 850nm.
