Description
The VPSL-0635-005-x-9-B Laser Device is a 0.63 µm band, A1GaInP, index-guided, multiquantum well (MQW) laser diode with an integrated, internal, beam correcting optic. It is suitable as a light source for bar code readers, laser levelers and various other types of optical equipment. Hermetic sealing of the package assures high reliability.
