High Power Quasi-CW Quantum Cascade Laser at 4.6um
Description
High power qusi-CW QCL system by Pranalytica.
Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs) represent a fundamentally new class of semiconductor lasers that are capable of generating light in the mid wave to long wave infrared portions of the spectrum, generally between 4 and 12 microns. Model 1101-XX-QCW-YYYY-MicroTT-EXT quantum cascade laser (QCL) system is a high average power, pulsed source of infrared radiation. At the wavelength of 4.6 µm, the system produces in excess of 2 W of average power. Other wavelengths between 3.8 and 12 µm are available.
