Description
MBL1500A series benchtop laser diode controller is specially designed for laser diodes in Butterfly packaging in both Type 1 and Type 2 14-pin Laser Diode configurations. This controller includes high stability current source (0.01mА) for laser diodes, TEC for precise temperature control through a Peltier element (TEM) (0.01 °C) and mounting with an Azimuth ZIF Socket for Butterfly LD.
