MOT5550GC-50 Constant-Current Laser Driver Module
Description
These modules are used to control the current of laser diodes, used in a range of applications requiring drive currents of up to 1A. Applications include Fiber Laser, Direct Drive Laser Diodes, DPSS and EDFA. These modules feature all the required drive circuitry for constant-current operation, along with over-current and over-temperature protection circuitry. The modules come in a small form factor package (20mm X 27.5mm X 6mm), and uniquely to ModularOne; versions are available to allow for grounded-case operation for all available laser diode assemblies. (Refer to "Laser Diode Configurations" document for further details). They feature an integrated Voltage Reference; Temperature Sensor and are specifed over the industrial temperature range.
