Model 301 Pulse Extraction System
Description
Model 301 driver employs high speed FET circuits, driving a 50 ohm impedance transmission line EO modulator with fast (< 5ns) rise and fall time. The maximum repetition rate is 200KHz and maximum trigger rate is 200MHz. The principle of operation is similar to model 32180D.
