Fine Annealed Optical Glass
Description
Fine annealed optical glass with up to five non-machined, as-cast surfaces. Cut blanks: with standard or with increased optical and internal properties and dimensional tolerance requirements. Optical glass is subjected to stringent quality inspection before delivery. All stages of the optical glass production are continuously monitored.
Additionally, an elaborate final inspection is performed. A test certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 documents the standard supply quality. Delivery lots are tested for refractive index scattering, stress birefringence, striae and bubbles according to DIN ISO 10110. On request we can also supply test certificates with increased accuracy. For high homogeneous cut blanks we confirm homogeneity by interferometry.
