Overview of the Monarch Tier
Monarch is FindLight’s full-service, commission-based selling program. It includes all the benefits of our Glasswing (Pay Per Lead) tier — such as unlimited listings, SEO-optimized exposure, premium placements, and smart-matched Turbo Leads — but adds a powerful new capability: end-to-end eCommerce.
With Monarch, you can sell directly on FindLight. We handle payment collection, order processing, and buyer communication. You only pay a flat commission when a sale is made — no monthly fees, no hidden charges, and zero risk.
It’s everything you love about performance-based lead generation, now extended into fully supported transactions.
Commission Pricing
- Sales commission: 25% of the gross sale value
- Includes: all Stripe transaction fees
- Applies only: to purchases made directly on FindLight
To qualify, simply enable Monarch in your vendor dashboard and upload shoppable products. U.S. sales are supported today, with international expansion coming soon.

How the Monarch Program Works
Monarch combines everything included in the Glasswing (Pay Per Lead) tier with a powerful new capability: end‑to‑end commission‑based selling. You continue to receive and pay for qualified leads just as you do in Glasswing, and in addition, you can sell products directly on FindLight in supported regions (currently the United States).
This hybrid model allows your products to generate value in two ways: (1) qualified leads from anywhere in the world, and (2) commission-based sales when buyers purchase directly on FindLight in enabled countries.
How You Receive Leads
- Direct Leads: When a buyer submits an inquiry through your product listing.
- Turbo Leads: When a buyer requests a product like yours, even if it was listed by another vendor.
- Forwarded Leads: When FindLight manually forwards an inquiry that matches your product offering.
All three lead types work exactly the same as in Glasswing, and the same pricing applies.
How Sales Commissions Work
In addition to lead billing, Monarch sellers earn revenue directly on FindLight through our secure checkout system. For every purchase completed on FindLight in a supported region (currently the US), a 25% commission is applied to the gross sale value. This commission already includes all Stripe processing fees — nothing extra is deducted.
If a buyer is browsing from a country where Monarch eCommerce is not yet enabled, they can still submit inquiries, generating paid leads just like in the Glasswing tier. The same product can therefore incur lead billing from international buyers and earn sales commission from US buyers.
Example of How Leads & Sales Work Together:
- Buyer from Germany: eCommerce not enabled → buyer submits an inquiry → charged as a Direct Lead
- Buyer from the US: browses the same product → purchases via checkout → 25% sales commission applies

You may be charged two types of fees: (1) lead billing for qualified buyer inquiries, and (2) sales commission for purchases completed on FindLight in supported countries. These are independent: you’re only billed for what you receive.
Lead fees apply when a buyer submits an inquiry — regardless of location. Commission applies only when a buyer completes a purchase via the FindLight checkout system (currently available in the US).
We charge a flat 25% commission on the total order value. This includes all Stripe processing fees. You only pay when a sale is made through the FindLight checkout.
Same as Glasswing: Direct leads are 5% of the lead’s value (min $10, max $250), Turbo leads are $5 flat, and Forwarded leads are $10 flat. Annual billing is capped at $7,000 per vendor.
Yes. For example, if a buyer in Germany submits an RFQ, you’ll be billed as a lead. If a US buyer purchases the same product through checkout, you’ll be charged commission instead. The model adapts to buyer geography.
Currently, Monarch supports commission-based transactions for buyers in the United States. International buyers can still submit inquiries as leads. Global support is coming soon.
No. When a buyer places an order, FindLight handles payment collection and notifies you with the order details. You simply fulfill the order and get paid.
