What are "Turbo Leads"?

"Turbo Leads" is a powerful feature that connects buyers with vendors by sharing requests for quotes (RFQs) across vendors in the same product category.

Benefits for sellers:

  • Opt-in for more opportunities: Receive RFQs from buyers considering similar products.
  • Control your participation: Vendors can opt out, ensuring their leads are private. To manage Turbo Leads, log in to your account and update your preferences under My Account > My Contact Preferences.

Benefits for buyers:

  • Get competitive quotes: Buyers can solicit quotes from multiple vendors.
  • Full control: Buyers can opt out of Turbo Leads when sending an RFQ.

What is a Vendor Storefront?

Vendor storefronts are personalized pages for individual suppliers. Each storefront:

  • Displays all the vendor’s products organized by category.
  • Enhances buyer experience by allowing easy navigation of a vendor’s offerings.

We only sell products in specific countries. How can I restrict receiving leads from other countries?

To help sellers manage their inquiries, we have introduced the "Restricted Countries" feature. This allows you to prevent sales inquiries from select countries by disabling the "Inquire Price" and "Contact Supplier" buttons for buyers in those regions.

Once you've set up your exclusion list, buyers from the restricted countries will see a "Not Available in Your Country"message instead of the inquiry buttons on your product pages.
