Small footprint fiber optic, USB spectrometer features a cooled enhanced InGaAs 512 element detector array for spectroscopic measurements in the 900 – 2200nm wavelength region. The 25 micron slit yields optical resolutions on the order of 5nm FWHM Includes Spectrasuite software and power supplies.
