Pearl Trilogy Small Animal Imaging System
Description
Capture an accurate representation of your optical probe and gather consistent data, image after image. In the NIR spectrum (680 nm to 820 nm), autofluorescence from tissue components is significantly reduced. As a result, animal tissue is rendered virtually transparent to excitation light in these wavelengths, allowing better penetration to detect deeper targets. NIR fluorescence provides exceptional sensitivity and high signal-to-noise ratios for all of your measurements. Higher signal-to-noise ratios help detect, track, and validate in vivo activity with accuracy and confidence, allowing for accurate representation of the probe and its activity throughout the entire body of the animal.
